It’s simple. You choose which type of bag(s) you’d like and which of our pick-up points you’d like to collect from, then fill in the online form and make your payment. We then start delivering your bags as soon as we can, in most cases that’ll be the following Wednesday.
We have a variety of bags available and you can chose the one that best suits your household. The bags are available to collect from Wednesday or Thursday afternoons and at different times depending on the location. See more about our pick-up points for details of the addresses and delivery and opening times.
The payment for the bags works via GoCardless. Basically, you click the GoCardless link at the top of our online form, and enter your bank details. Then we set up the regular payment as a Direct Debit. It’s really simple and really quick. If you’re just signing up for a trial, we’ll take a one-off payment for 4 weeks worth of deliveries.
We accept Healthy Start vouchers as part payment towards our fruit and veg bags. Email us at email@example.com to let us know if you’d like to pay using this method.
We also offer a 20% discount to those currently receiving benefits. We have a limited number of discounts available and these will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If all the spots are taken, we can put your name on a waiting list and contact you when a spot becomes available.

Regular orders: By signing up for a regular weekly bag, you’re helping provide a stable, guaranteed flow of money for our farmers and for us. It helps the farmers plan what to plant and decide how much to harvest each week, and it helps fund all of the wonderful social and environmetal work that OrganicLea does. So thanks!
Holidays: Please do give us notice when you go away! Email us at box[at]organiclea.org.uk to let us know. You have the option of a) donating your bag to a community food distribution project, or b) we can deduct the cost of that week’s bag in your following month’s payments. We need a week’s notice (dealine is 9am Wednesday) to make any changes to your order. If you miss the cut-off, how about getting a friend to pick up your bag and try our veg for a week?
Missing bags: If your bag isn’t at your pick-up point (and you’ve double checked all the cupboards), email us [email@example.com] by 11am on the Friday and we’ll do our best to redeliver.
