Adopt a pick-up point pollinator roof
Have you noticed that all out veg bag collection points now have new roofs? The vision is for each one to be a pollinator feeding station, filled with pollen-rich flowers, and buzzing with bees. These need some care and we hope you can help.
Could you (or your family/neighbourhood group) adopt a roof? We will:
- give you some plants, and information about how to care for them. If you sign up asap we will give some plants to get going straight away. Otherwise we will distribute plants in the spring.
- ask you to water when needed
- ask you, with our support, to survey the roofs for plants and pollinator insects a couple of times a year
