Standard vegetable bags have Desiree potatoes (Chingford), carrots, aubergine (Norfolk), onions, red cabbage (Essex or Herts) cavolo nero (Essex), fennel and courgette (Lincs). No potato bags have runner beans (Chingford).

Large vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, cavolo nero (Essex), carrots, broccoli (Norfolk), red onion (Herts), salad (Chingford), spaghetti squash, beetroot (Kent) and fennel (Lincs). No potato bags have runner beans (Chingford).

Medium vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes (Essex), onions (Essex or Herts), kale, chillies (Chingford), spaghetti squash (Kent) and French beans (Dorset). No potato bags have sweetcorn (Kent).

Small vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes (Essex), carrots (Norfolk), lettuce (Herts) or spinach (Essex), sweetcorn (Kent) and summer squash (Chingford or Kent). No potato bags have tomatoes (Norfolk).

Standard fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), Canary melon (Spain), Fiesta apples, Conference pears (Suffolk) and Haganta plums (Herefordshire).

Medium fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), Black Palleiri grapes (Spain), cooking apples (Enfield) and Haganta plums (Herefordshire).

Small fruit bags have Black Palleiri grapes (Spain), Fiesta apples and Conference pears (Suffolk).

We get our produce from Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Ripple Organics, Nash Nursery (Kent), Sarah Green Organics, Peach and Pippin (Essex), Wild Country Organics (Cambridgeshire), Capel Mushrooms (Suffolk) and organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). We aim to contribute at least two items from Hawkwood Nursery (Chingford) or our farmstarters Daniel (Chingford) or Stort Valley (Hertfordshire). Contents may vary due to availability.
