Standard vegetable bags have new potatoes, beetroot (Essex), green onions, spinach (Kent), carrots (Norfolk), salad (Chingford) or green Oakleaf lettuce (Essex) and broad beans (Chingford or Essex). No potato bags have cucumber (Cambs).

Large vegetable bags have new potatoes, radishes, kohl rabi, summer cabbage (Essex), spring onions, spinach (Kent), carrots (Norfolk), broad beans (Essex or Chingford) and cucumber (Cambs). No potato bags have beetroot (Essex).

Medium vegetable bags have new potatoes, Swiss chard (Essex), broad beans (Essex or Chingford), carrots (Norfolk) and microgreens (Walthamstow). No potato bags have radishes (Essex).

Small vegetable bags have new potatoes, Little Gem lettuce (Essex), wet garlic (Essex or Chingford), mixed kale (Kent) and courgettes (Norfolk). No potato bags have beetroot (Essex).

Standard fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), oranges (Spain), kiwis, Braeburn apples (Italy) and rhubarb (Chingford).

Medium fruit bags have apricots, oranges (Spain), kiwis and lemon (Italy).

Small fruit bags have Braeburn apples, lemon (Italy)and apricots (Spain).

We get our produce from Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Ripple Organics (Kent), Sarah Green Organics (Essex), Wild Country Organics (Cambridgeshire), Capel Mushrooms, Oakwood Farm (Suffolk) and organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). We aim to contribute at least two items from Hawkwood Nursery (Chingford) or our farmstarters Daniel (Chingford) or Stort Valley (Hertfordshire). Contents may vary due to availability.
