Standard vegetable bags have carolus potatoes, beetroot (Devon), carrots (Norfolk), spring garlic (Chingford), pak choi (Essex), spinach (Kent or Cambs), swede (Lanc) and sage (Cambs). No potato bags have courgettes (Glos).

Large vegetable bags have carolus potatoes, beetroot (Devon), carrots, lettuce (Norfolk), mushrooms (Suffolk), spring garlic (Chingford), courgettes (Glos), sorrel (Cambs), stir fry greens and cauliflower (Kent). No potato bags have leeks (Kent or Norfolk).

Medium vegetable bags have carolus potatoes (Devon), leeks (Kent or Norfolk), carrots (Norfolk), spring greens (Essex), swede (Lanc) and spinach (Kent or Cambs). No potato bags have parsley (Cambs).

Small vegetable bags have carolus potatoes (Devon), leeks (Kent or Norfolk), salad (Chingford, Kent or Cambs), sea beet (Chingford) and mushrooms (Suffolk). No potato bags have swede (Lanc).

Standard fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), apples (Sussex), pears (Netherlands), oranges and avocado (Spain).

Medium fruit bags have apples (Sussex), pears (Netherlands), oranges and avocado (Spain).

Small fruit bags have pears (Netherlands), oranges and lemon (Spain).

We get our produce from Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Ripple Organics (Kent), Sarah Green Organics (Essex), Wild Country Organics (Cambridgeshire), Capel Mushrooms, Oakwood Farm (Suffolk) and organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). We aim to contribute 15% of produce from Hawkwood Nursery (Chingford) or our farmstarters London Grown (Enfield), Daniel (Chingford) or Stort Valley (Hertfordshire). Contents may vary due to availability.
