Standard vegetable bags have carolus potatoes (Devon), beetroot, carrots, leeks (Norfolk), spring greens (Essex), spinach (Essex or Norfolk), mushrooms (Suffolk) and wild garlic (Kent). No potato bags have swede (Essex).

Large vegetable bags have carolus potatoes (Devon), beetroot, carrots, leeks (Norfolk), swede (Essex), spinach (Essex or Norfolk), mushrooms (Suffolk), salad (Chingford), cauliflower and tundra cabbage (Kent). No potato bags have a double portion of mushrooms.

Medium vegetable bags have carolus potatoes (Devon), spring onions (Enfield), green kale (Cambs), cauliflower, wild garlic  (Kent) and beetroot (Norfolk). No potato bags have rocket (Norfolk).

Small vegetable bags have carolus potatoes (Devon), carrots (Norfolk), salad, spring garlic (Chingford) and pak choi (Cambs). No potato bags have beetroot (Norfolk).

Standard fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), pears (Kent), lemons, oranges (Italy) and rhubarb (Chingford).

Medium fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), pears (Kent), oranges (Italy) and rhubarb (Chingford).

Small fruit bags pears (Kent), oranges (Italy) and apples (Suffolk).

We get our produce from Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Ripple Organics (Kent), Sarah Green Organics (Essex), Wild Country Organics (Cambridgeshire), Capel Mushrooms, Oakwood Farm (Suffolk) and organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). We aim to contribute 15% of produce from Hawkwood Nursery (Chingford) or our farmstarters London Grown (Enfield), Daniel (Chingford) or Stort Valley (Hertfordshire). Contents may vary due to availability.
