Standard vegetable bags have carolus potatoes, beetroot (Devon), carrots (Norfolk), leeks (Essex or Norfolk), spring greens (Essex), mushrooms (Suffolk), salad (Kent or Chingford) and sprouted beans (Chingford). No potato bags have cauliflower (Essex).

Large vegetable bags have carolus potatoes, beetroot (Devon), carrots (Norfolk), spring greens, pak choi (Essex), mushrooms (Suffolk), rocket (Cambs), swede (Lanc), spring garlic and sprouted beans (Chingford). No potato bags have leeks (Essex or Norfolk).

Medium vegetable bags have carolus potatoes, beetroot (Devon), green kale, rocket (Cambs) or watercress (Norfolk), spring garlic and sprouted beans (Chingford). No potato bags have leeks (Essex or Norfolk).

Small vegetable bags have carolus potatoes, beetroot (Devon), carrots (Norfolk), green kale (Cambs) and sprouted beans (Chingford). No potato bags have cauliflower (Essex).

Standard fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), apples (Sussex), pears (Netherlands), mandarins and lemons (Spain).

Medium fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), apples (Sussex), pears (Netherlands) and mandarins (Spain).

Small fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), apples (Sussex), and mandarins (Spain).

We get our produce from Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Ripple Organics (Kent), Sarah Green Organics (Essex), Wild Country Organics (Cambridgeshire), Capel Mushrooms, Oakwood Farm (Suffolk) and organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). We aim to contribute 15% of produce from Hawkwood Nursery (Chingford) or our farmstarters London Grown (Enfield), Daniel (Chingford) or Stort Valley (Hertfordshire). Contents may vary due to availability.
