Standard vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, red Oakleaf lettuce, kale (Essex), carrots, onions, mushrooms, pointed peppers (Norfolk) and beetroot (Chingford). No potato bags have cucumbers (Chingford).

Large vegetable bags Ambo potatoes, cavolo nero, (Essex), carrots, onion, French beans (Norfolk), sweetcorn, summer squash, beetroot and salad (Chingford). No potato bags have cucumber (Chingford).

Medium vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, fennel and beetroot (Essex), carrots (Norfolk), salad and cucumber (Chingford). No potato bags have French beans (Norfolk).

Small vegetable bags Ambo potatoes, spring onions, cavolo nero (Essex), mushrooms (Norfolk), beetroot and chillies (Chingford). No potato bags have tomatoes and French beans (Norfolk).

Standard fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), pears (Gloucester), plums (Hereford), grapes (Spain), and apples (Chingford).

Medium fruit bags have plums (Hereford), pears (Gloucester), grapes (Spain), apples (Chingford).

Small fruit bags have bananas (Dominican Republic), grapes (Spain), apples (Chingford).

Where does our produce come from? We get our produce from Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Sarah Green (Essex), Brockmans Farm (Kent) and from organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). We aim to contribute 15% of the produce in our bags from either Hawkwood Plant Nursery (Chingford), or our farm starters; London Grown (Haringey), Shannon (Ilford), Primrose Organic farm (Herts). Contents may vary due to availability.
