From Adam, OrganicLea worker, collected from farmers blockading roads to protest against a high speed rail link that threatened their environment and livelihoods. These short, squat peppers, 3 cm long, from around the town of Soverato, are possibly the only chilli cultivar to boast an entire festival in their honour – the Festival del Pepperoncino Soverato.
