The chilli behind the iconic McIlheny’s Tabasco Sauce. The sauce is made in Louisiana, but the recipe taken from the Mexican county of Tabasco, where the cultivar originates. We often pick it under-ripe, as it has a lovely pale yellow to orange colouring at this stage. 3-5 cm long.
