Produce from: Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Breckland Organics (Norfolk B), Woodlands Organics (Lincolnshire), Eves Hill Veg Co (Norfolk), Riverdale Farm (Cambridgeshire) and other small farmers in East Anglia, Sarah Green (Essex), Hawkwood Plant Nursery (Chingford) local ‘Cropshare’ growers, and The Apricot Centre (Essex). Produce also comes from organic farmer and local wholesaler Perry Court Farm (Kent) and from organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). Contents may vary due to availability.

Standard vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, savoy cabbage, cauliflower, Cavelo Nero kale (Essex), carrots, onions (Norfolk), chayote, chillies (Chingford). No potato bags have white mushrooms (Suffolk).

Large vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, leeks, Romanesco cauliflower (Essex), carrots, onions, spinach (Norfolk), chillies, kale, chayote (Chingford). No potato bags have brown mushrooms (Suffolk).

Medium vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, Cavelo Nero kale, January King cabbage (Essex), carrots, broccoli (Norfolk), white mushrooms (Suffolk). No potato bags have Bon Bon squash (Chingford).

Small vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, cape broccoli, leeks (Essex), onions (Norfolk), chard (Kent). No potato bags have Palla Rossa radicchio (Suffolk).

Standard fruit bags have Apples (Chingford), bananas (Dominican Republic), Comice pears (Kent), Satsuma (Spain), quince (Chingford).

Medium fruit bags have Comice pears (Kent), bananas (Dominican Republic), apples (Chingford), Satsuma (Spain).

Small fruit bags have Comice pears (Kent), bananas (Dominican Republic), apples (Chingford).
