Produce from: Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Breckland Organics (Norfolk B), Woodlands Organics (Lincolnshire), Eves Hill Veg Co (Norfolk), Riverdale Farm (Cambridgeshire) and other small farmers in East Anglia, Sarah Green (Essex), Hawkwood Plant Nursery (Chingford) local ‘Cropshare’ growers, and The Apricot Centre (Essex). Produce also comes from organic farmer and local wholesaler Perry Court Farm (Kent) and from organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). Contents may vary due to availability.

Standard vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, beetroot, cauliflower (Essex), carrots, onions, mushrooms (Norfolk), cabbage (Lancashire), celery (Chingford). No potato bags have borlotti beans (Chingford)

Large vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, kale, leeks, cauliflower (Essex), carrots, onions, spinach (Norfolk), celery (Chingford). No potato bags have white mushrooms (Suffolk)

Medium vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, cape broccoli (Essex), carrots, lettuce, pointed cabbage, red kuri squash (Norfolk). No potato bags have cherry tomatoes (Norfolk).

Small vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, chard (Essex), onions, broccoli (Norfolk), beetroot (Chingford). No potato bags have leeks (Norfolk).

Standard fruit bags have Apples (Chingford), black grapes (Spain), bananas (Dominican Republic), Conference pears (Kent), Clementine (Spain).

Medium fruit bags have Conference pears (Norfolk), bananas (Dominican Republic), Apples (Chingford), Clementine (Spain).

Small fruit bags have Conference pears (Norfolk), bananas (Dominican Republic), Discovery apples (Essex).
