Produce from: Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Breckland Organics (Norfolk B), Woodlands Organics (Lincolnshire), Eves Hill Veg Co (Norfolk), Riverdale Farm (Cambridgeshire) and other small farmers in East Anglia, Sarah Green (Essex), Hawkwood Plant Nursery (Chingford) local ‘Cropshare’ growers, and The Apricot Centre (Essex). Produce also comes from organic farmer and local wholesaler Perry Court Farm (Kent) and from organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). Contents may vary due to availability.

Standard vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, collard greens, bulb fennel, beetroot (Essex), carrots, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, celery (Norfolk). No potato bags have French beans (Chingford).

Large vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, spinach, kale, fennel (Essex), carrots, onions, aubergine, sweetcorn, broccoli (Norfolk), French beans (Chingford). No potato bags have celery (Norfolk).

Medium vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes (Essex), carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn, chard (Norfolk), cucumber (Chingford). No potato bags have aubergine (Norfolk).

Small vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes, beetroot (Essex), onions, celery (Norfolk), mixed salad (Chingford). No potato bags have cherry tomatoes (Norfolk).

Standard fruit bags have Discovery apples (Cambs), cooking apples (Chingford), bananas (Dominican Republic), William pears (Kent), plums (Essex).

Medium fruit bags have William pears (Kent), plum (Essex), Rev Wikes apples (Walthamstow), Avocado (Spain).

Small fruit bags have William pears (Kent), black grapes (Spain), Discovery apples (Cambs).
