In a salad bowl, put some soft cheese (one made without animal, calf or GM rennet if you can get it), some hummus, a drop or two of oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes, a little sunflower oil and some salt and ground black pepper. Mash it up with a fork.
Wash and chop the cauliflower and a few of the tender little side leaves it has around the base. Place in the salad bowl with the cheese dressing, mix and eat.
