If you ordered already, we’ll be getting the plants ready for dispatch or collection in September and October.
[archive] Winter plant sales 2020Plants will be dispatched in September and October. You can opt for home delivery, at no extra cost, for the following postcodes: E4, E10, E11, E10, E17, IG8 and IG9. Or you can opt to collect from Hawkwood Nursery, either on Sunday 27 September specifically, or on Thursdays 2-4pm. We’re sorry we can’t guarantee particular delivery or Thursday collection dates, but will confirm the schedule by email as soon as possible after you order.
When you select a plant box you’ll have the choice to add the appropriate quantity of greenwaste compost for growing in the ground, or container compost for growing in pots. We’re sorry we cannot offer separate or additional quantities of compost for pre-order, but there will be compost for sale at our collection points.
You can pay by credit or debit card – any difficulties please email plants@organiclea.org.uk but note that we don’t check the email every day. Please understand that the ordering system takes a payment straightaway even though delivery is not until September or October; we appreciate there’s a gap but it would significantly increase administration logistics if we waited to process payments later on.
For community groups using Community Harvest vouchers: please enter your code on the checkout page. If you want delivery outside our free zone you can select it as part of your purchase for the postcodes indicated (for anywhere further afield please email us for a delivery quote).
