In the bags this week:
Produce from: Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Breckland Organics (Norfolk B), Woodlands Organics (Lincolnshire), Riverdale Farm (Cambridgeshire) and other small farmers in East Anglia, Sarah Green (Essex), our Hawkwood Plant Nursery growing site (Chingford) and local ‘Cropshare’ growers. Produce occasionally comes from organic farmer and local wholesaler Perry Court Farm (Kent) and from organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). Contents may vary due to availability.
Standard vegetable bags have Celeriac (Lincs), Carrots, Onions, Crown Prince squash, Savoy cabbage, Beetroot (Norfolk), Potatoes, Cavolo nero and Leeks (Essex). No potato bags have Batavia lettuce (Norfolk).
Large vegetable bags have same as Standard bags, plus Lettuce and Garlic (Chingford). No potato bags have Parsley (Essex).
Medium vegetable bags have Celeriac, Cauliflower (Lincs), Onion, Leeks, Beetroot (Norfolk), Potatoes, Potatoes and Cavolo nero (Essex). No potato bags have Lettuce (Norfolk).
Small vegetable bags have Celeriac, Onion, Squash (Norfolk), Potatoes and Red Russian Kale (Essex). No potato bags have Cauliflower (Lincs) or Beetroot (Norfolk).
Standard fruit bags have Oranges (Spain), Clementines, Ruby Grapefruit (Italy), Red Pippin (Norfolk) and Pears (Kent).
Medium fruit bags have Oranges (Spain), Clementines (Italy), Red Pippin (Norfolk) and Pears (Kent).
Small fruit bags have Clementines (Italy), Red Pippin apples (Cambs) and Pears (Kent).
