In the bags this week:

Produce from: Hughes Organics (Norfolk), Breckland Organics (Norfolk B), Woodlands Organics (Lincolnshire), Riverdale Farm (Cambridgeshire) and other small farmers in East Anglia, Sarah Green (Essex), our Hawkwood Plant Nursery growing site (Chingford) and local ‘Cropshare’ growers. Produce occasionally comes from organic farmer and local wholesaler Perry Court Farm (Kent) and from organic wholesaler Langridge (especially non-UK fruit). Contents may vary due to availability.

Standard vegetable bags have Carrots, Onions, Beans (Norfolk) or Brussels sprouts (Essex), Potatoes, Red Cabbage (Essex), Chard (Kent), Sweetcorn (Suffolk), Potatoes (Essex), Chillies, Black radish (Chingford). No potato bags have Mixed salad (Chingford).

Large vegetable bags have the same as Standards with King Cabbage instead of Red Cabbage plus Mushrooms (Suffolk) and Parsnips (Kent). No potato bags have Fennel (Chingford).

Medium vegetable bags have Carrots, Chard (Norfolk), Potatoes, Kale (Essex), Fennel and Squash (Chingford). No potato bags have Red peppers (Essex) instead of Squash, plus Parsnips (Kent).

Small vegetable bags have Carrots, Leeks (Norfolk), Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts (Essex) or Broccoli (Norfolk) and Spinach (Kent). No potato bags have Mushrooms (Suffolk).

Standard fruit bags have Bananas (Dominican Republic), Ruby grapefruit, Lemons (Spain), Pears and Cox apples (Kent).

Medium fruit bags have Ruby grapefruit (Spain), Avocado (Italy), Pears and Russet or Cox apples (Kent).

Small fruit bags have Bananas (Dominican Republic), Pears, Russet or Cox apples (Kent).
