Standard vegetable bags have Ambo potatoes (Essex), carrots, onions (Norfolk B), chard or winter spinach (Norfolk), Red cabbage (Lincs), cauliflower, Golden beetroot, sprout tops (Essex), garlic (Chingford).  No potato bags have red beetroot instead of golden (Essex), Cherry tomatoes (Norfolk) and parsnips (Norfolk B) – but no garlic.

Large vegetable bags have larger portions of potatoes, carrots, onions, chard, cauliflower and additional parsnips.

Small veg bags have Ambo  potatoes (Essex), mixed salad, Jack-be-little squash, Red Russian kale, Heritage tomatoes (Chingford). No potato bags have Golden beetroot (Essex).

Standard fruit bags have bananas (Dom Rep), Cox or Jonagold apples (Suffolk), cooking apples (Ponders End), quince (Leyton), avocado and lemon (Italy).

Small fruit bags have bananas (Dom Rep), Cox or Jonagold apples (Suffolk), Cape gooseberries (Chingford) or mandarins (Spain), and quince (Leyton).
