Standard vegetable bags have Sarpo Mira potatoes (Chingford), carrots, onions, broccoli (Norfolk B), Green Oakleaf or Batavia lettuce (Norfolk), Romanescu cauliflower (Lincs) red peppers, spinach (Essex). No potato bags have basil and garlic (Chingford).

Large vegetable bags have larger portions of potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, broccoli and have additional Marmonde tomatoes (Essex).

Small veg bags have Sarpo Mira potatoes, Pentland Brig kale, Heritage tomatoes (Chingford), carrots, leeks, sweetcorn (Norfolk B). No potato bags have onions (not carrots) and mixed salad (Chingford).

Standard fruit bags have bananas (Dom Rep), Worcester apples (Suffolk), Ashmead’s Kernel apples (Chingford), cooking apples (Redbridge and Ponders End), pears (Tottenham and Waltham Forest) and red grapes (Leyton).

Small fruit bags have a mix of Red Falstaff, Discovery, Winter Gem, and Saturn apples (Marina, Essex), cooking apples (Redbridge & Tottenham) and Cape Gooseberries (Chingford).
