Occupational training through volunteering
August-October 2012
Join our occupational training volunteering programme and develop your employability skills through horticulture at our Hawkwood Nursery growing site.
This opportunity is free but places are limited. Participants must commit to completing 10 sessions over a 3 month period (August-October 2012).
Develop a portfolio of skills including:
- transferable skills in team working and communication
- improved confidence
- basic and technical gardening skills
Your learning will be supported by portfolio development and guided learning slots.
