Herbal Remedies and Plant Medicine
Sunday 30 October, 10-4.30 Come join us for a seasonal herb walk, lecture and practical sessions, on the theme of the medicinal properties of seasonally available berries and roots, like hawthorn and dandelion, especially on their benefits for the immune system. We will make medicinal cordials and tinctures, which you can take home. These sessions will be led by Caroline Molloy and Nicole Freris, London based herbalists and permaculture teachers.

Please being food to share to add to our foraged lunch.
