Visit our growing site in Chingford on Sunday 28 November – all welcome. It’s all about the trees and whose woods are these:
* 12-3 we will be preparing tree pits and planting fruit trees in the growing orchard (with a lunch break!). Learn more about orchard design and planting techniques.
* 12-1: Join a walk in the nearby woods to learn more about mushroom growing and identification.
* 3-4: ‘Whose woods are these’ – Join our tour through history – sharing the history of these woods and land, this site’s heritage and how these stories inform Organiclea’s land designs and growing commitments. Launching our new set of wall boards that we hope will keep us all interested in the social history of the lands that feed us and these woods in particular.
Activities from 12-4pm – drop in any time or stay all day. Bring a packed lunch if staying for the day.
