* We work in close partnership with the Hornbeam Centre in the heart of Walthamstow/Leyton, a community environment centre which provides a base for local food work and is the home for a weekly market stall, box scheme and café as well as providing community meeting space and carrying out other environmental education activities.

* We also work with the Forest Recycling Project which promotes reuse of all variety of materials, many of which we can use on our site, for example plastic bottles for slug protection, old windows for cold frames, and hessian sacks with a whole range of uses

* We are a member of the Permaculture Association and use permaculture principles on our growing site and in our ways of working.
